Expiry and storage:
- Our tempeh will continue its fermentation process. Hence, it is recommended to store in the fridge upon receiving products to avoid over fermentation which will cause tempeh to become slimy, browning and taste somewhat "ammonium like".
- Our tempeh do not contain additives or preservatives, hence the recommended best before date is 5 days in refrigerator, 3 months in freezer.
- Our tempeh is freshly made weekly upon receiving of order. Once open, please ensure stored properly in container in the fridge.
